OUR PROMISE

Communication that
clears the way.

OKGO keeps load details, changes, updates, and paperwork connected around the people doing the work. Your team keeps the relationships, judgment, and decisions.

LayerOS and OKGO Driver: Do what you do best. We’ll handle the rest.
WHY I BUILT OKGO

All I wanted was a
communication layer for freight.

I’ve worked in freight brokerage and operations since 2008, handling loads from the first customer call through delivery and payment. The work depends on people: the driver, the dispatcher, the customer, and the person who picks up the phone when something changes.

What I wanted was a straightforward way for peers to communicate around the same load. A communication layer that keeps the conversation, instructions, updates, and documents together, so everyone spends less time chasing information and more time doing the work they are good at.

01 / CAPTURE

Start with the inbox.

Bring the customer request, rate confirmation, attachments, and conversation into a single reviewable starting point.

02 / VERIFY

Extract, then confirm.

AI can organize the details. Your team stays in control by reviewing contacts, stops, appointments, references, and exceptions before dispatch.

03 / OPERATE

Keep the load and driver aligned.

Give operations and the driver the same approved trip record, with clear next actions, local directions, evidence, and milestones.

04 / CLOSE THE LOOP

Carry the record into billing.

Connect delivery documents, accessorial evidence, agreed terms, and the draft AR/AP handoff so the story of the load does not disappear at delivery.

MORE ROOM FOR YOUR TALENT

We’re here to support your people, not take their jobs.

The aim is to take repeated data entry, paperwork, and status chasing off their plate. Give dispatchers more time to solve problems, brokers more time to build relationships, and drivers more time to focus on the road. Your team keeps the judgment and the decisions.

Making the roads safer for your mum. LayerOS and OKGO Driver.
OUR SAFETY MISSION

Every mile connects to someone.

Freight shares the road with the people we love. Clear communication, better identity, and trustworthy records help people make safer decisions when every mile matters.

LayerOS and OKGO Driver: Making the roads safer for your mum.
01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR PEOPLE

The people moving the load.
On the same page.

From the first email to delivery evidence, OKGO brings communication, planning, and operating decisions into a shared workflow for your team.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Freight ID

Our goal: a portable record of identity, verified work, and earned reputation that follows the driver across the freight ecosystem.

  • Connected freight identities
  • Evidence-backed Trust Receipts
  • Recognition for reliable work
Create your Freight ID

Pilot scope is agreed with each team. Provider access, driver evidence, and device notifications depend on the account, connection, and permissions in use.

INSIDE THE CURRENT BUILD

See the plan.
Know the next step.

One place to review the plan, the observed evidence, and the next action. Your team stays in control of dispatch and decisions.

01 / SEE THE OPERATION

CONTROL & operational reasoning

Review load priorities, appointment margin, changing conditions, missing evidence, and recommended next actions. Inspect what changed and what would confirm the outcome.

02 / PLAN THE ROUTE

Route context, weather & costs

Bring traffic-aware arrival estimates, sampled route weather, stop history, and RouteProfit assumptions into the decision. Unavailable inputs stay visible; estimates remain estimates.

03 / FIND HELP

Freight Finder

Research roadside help, repair, parking, crossdock, storage, and load-rejection services. Search from a typed location, your phone, or an authorized vehicle. Confirm availability and terms directly.

04 / CONNECT WITH CONTEXT

ELD location options

Finder includes connection options for Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Zonar, Verizon Connect Reveal US, Teletrac Navman TN360 US, and Omnitracs One. Supported products and authorized fleet access are required; a connection alone does not prove a current position.

05 / FOLLOW THE EVIDENCE

Freight ID, driver & closeout

Keep load identity, assigned people, driver reports, documents, and closeout evidence connected. Location supports the record; it does not establish custody, delivery, or payment.

06 / EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW

Demo Mode & financial review

Explore clearly labeled sample loads in Demo Mode. In your operation, compare recorded baselines and financial outcomes separately from forecasts. Simulated gains and predicted value are never presented as realized profit.

THE GOAL / FREIGHT ID

Good work should
travel with you.

Today, a driver’s identity, experience, and record of reliable work can be scattered across companies and systems. Freight ID is our vision for connecting that evidence into a portable, permissioned record.

01 / KNOW WHO’S MOVING THE LOAD

Identity tied to the job.

Connect the authorized driver and carrier to the actual trip and pickup. Keep a clear record of who was assigned, who authorized the handoff, and what evidence supports it.

02 / SHOW THE WORK

Evidence, with context.

Bring trip milestones, location records, delivery documents, and agreed commercial terms together. A Trust Receipt should make the work easier to review—and make missing evidence visible.

03 / RECOGNIZE WHAT’S EARNED

A reputation you can carry.

Our ambition is for drivers to choose how their verified work is shared, build a reputation beyond one employer, and help operators resolve billing questions with the record of the load.

02 / MAKE YOUR OPERATION WORK BETTER

You know your people.
Let’s make room for their talent.

After years of managing freight from the customer call to the final invoice, Greg starts with the work your team knows. Together, we identify the repeat tasks taking up their day and where their experience can make a bigger difference.
